North West Partners operates a two-tier introducer fee model for approved network members. All fees are payable on exchange of contracts. There are no retainers and no upfront costs.

An intro opportunity is where the network member has identified a potential opportunity, spoken with the owner or seller, established that they may be open to a transaction, and passed the details to North West Partners.
Where that introduction leads to a completed transaction, the introducer fee is 15% of North West Partners' 2% success fee, payable on exchange of contracts.

A sourced opportunity is where the network member brings a stronger, mandate-aligned opportunity to North West Partners — one that has been properly qualified and is clearly aligned with an active buyer brief.
Where that sourced opportunity leads to a completed transaction, the introducer fee is 40% of North West Partners' 2% success fee, payable on exchange of contracts.
Important: If the opportunity does not originate directly with the registered network member — that is, if it has come through their own source, contact, sub-introducer or agent — North West Partners still pays only the agreed introducer fee to that network member. Any onward fee split or distribution with their own source or contact is entirely the responsibility of the network member, not North West Partners.
In all cases, North West Partners must be free to represent the buyer, negotiate the transaction, manage due diligence and handle progression without restriction or involvement from the introducer in that process. The introducer's role ends at the point of introduction.

The qualifying threshold is that initial contact has been made and seller receptivity has been established. Where a qualifying intro leads to a completed transaction, the introducer fee is 15% of North West Partners' 2% success fee, payable on exchange of contracts.
A sourced opportunity is where you bring a stronger, mandate-aligned opportunity to North West Partners — one that has been properly qualified, is clearly aligned with an active buyer brief, and where you have done meaningful work to develop the opportunity. Where a qualifying sourced opportunity leads to a completed transaction, the introducer fee is 40% of North West Partners' 2% success fee, payable on exchange of contracts.
North West Partners charges a 2% success fee to the buyer on completion of a transaction. Where an approved network member introduced or sourced the opportunity, they receive either 15% or 40% of that fee depending on the tier that applies. The fee applicable in each case is agreed and confirmed in writing before any transaction progresses. No fee is payable at the point of introduction, on instruction or at any stage prior to legal exchange.

North West Partners pays the agreed introducer fee once — to the registered network member who passed the opportunity to us. If that opportunity did not originate directly with you — for example, it came from your own contact, sub-introducer, colleague or agent — any arrangement you make with that person is entirely between you and them. North West Partners has no liability for, and will not participate in, any onward fee split or distribution beyond the agreed fee to the registered network member.
Once you have passed an opportunity to North West Partners, we take over from that point. Your role ends at introduction. We conduct commercial assessment of the opportunity, negotiate with the seller or their agent, manage due diligence and handle all progression through to exchange on behalf of the buyer. North West Partners must be free to act on behalf of the buyer without restriction or involvement from the introducer in the negotiation or progression process.
